His name is Michael Girgenti, a model in L.A, claims him and Kourt had met during the photoshoot of the Kardashian’s KUWTK and had a one-night stand. Kourtney gave birth to her son Mason roughly nine months after and Michael filed a paternity suit. But that failed in 2013.
Now he is back again, pettier than ever and backed with a supposed leaked photo starring him and Kourtney; he released this picture exclusively to RadarOnline, claiming it was taken on his bed.
“I don’t care what anyone thinks,” he told Radar. “I know what happened and this is proof.”
Now it seems he is reopening the paternity suit again because RadarOnline said we should stay with them for more updates. While Kourtney is still silent about it all, Scott seems furious and ready to kill somebody, hence his latest instagram post, see below:
