Yemen Prime Minister Surrounded By Rebels

CNN's Christi Amanpour says the Yemeni Information Minister just told her that the Prime Minister has been surrounded by the Houthi Militia. They are all over his rooftops! The same minister earlier today said "there might be a new Yemen by the end of the today". So is this coup?
