I'm shaking my head as I write this, South African police turn their backs while citizens rejoice as they loot a foreigner's shop!
Let me see how South African Authorities will call this a photoshopped or Congolese picture, some countries are corrupt but they wouldn't get this hungry as to stoop this low ever! This is disgusting!
