E! Entertainment has officially announced that Maria Menounos, 37, would be replacing Giuliana Rancic on E! News
'As an established entertainment and news journalist with strong Hollywood connections, Maria has proven herself to be a great fit with the E! News team,' E! said in a statement unveiling the new appointment.
Giuliana revealed earlier in July that she would be stepping down from her post on August 10 to focus on her blossoming side ventures.
