According The Juice, Kelly said she has nothing to worry about when it comes to the tragic night Senzo was killed, during a recent interview with Samantha Cowen on Talk Radio 702
The Juice quotes the Afro-pop singer as having said: “My conscience is clear. I have nothing to worry about. People close to me know how much I loved Senzo and still love him and wouldn’t do anything to harm him in any way.
“My question is why is it taking so long for the law to take its course? I wake up every morning and ask God what went wrong. It saddens me that I might never get the answer.’
After the tragic night Senzo was shot dead, Kelly received a lot of hate from people – especially on social media – accusing her of being involved in the murder of the Bafana Bafana goalkeeper.
Kelly claimed that she cannot go into detail about what happened that night, because she is a witness, but said that the experience was “tormenting”
“I did not get the support from some people that I expected. I was accused of things I didn’t know about. And I was never given the chance to go through the pain I had because of everything else,” Kelly said.
She added that she is not cursed, and that she is actually grateful for the way her life has turned out
“I don’t think I’m cursed. I have never felt cursed. I don’t embrace negativity. I embrace positivity. I am one of the most blessed people in the country.
“I used to dream of being a successful musician and now my song is sitting at the top five most played songs in SA. I mean, really, I have so much to be grateful for. Everything in life is seasonal. Embrace it. Enjoy it. Learn to let go,” Kelly said.
