One of Dubai's famous tall buildings was engulfed by fire last night, but there are no reports of casualties yet.

The famous Torch skyscraper, one of the world’s tallest residential buildings at 336 metres, lit up Dubai’s skyline late Friday night as strong winds caused a fire to rage out of control. Incredibly it seems everyone emerged unscathed, with the BBC reporting:
One eyewitness said“there was debris flying everywhere, falling into neighbouring buildings”. The fire was later extinguished.
It is not known what caused the blaze. Hundreds of people were evacuated and there are no reports of any casualties. More pictures below:
