So back to Kylie, the '17 going on 30' Jenner girl showed off over 20 pairs of shoes on instagram claiming she bought them in one freaking day! Ofcourse she did, why wouldn't she? Lol! She posted the picture below and wrote, "So...I splurged today," or did I misunderstand her?
