Wanna Know What A $100m Palace Looks Like? Choi!

They say money talks and bullshit happens! So this guy Kurt Rappaport, I have no idea who he is but his bank account couldn't look any better! ehen! he is just 43 years old, a celebrity realtor, he spent 7 years putting together this insane palace in Malibu. The mini paradise sits on 6 acres, the 22, 000 sq-ft Malibu space comes with the longest private pool in the state--168 feet!

Kurt, who brokers deals for a slew of celebs, is a patient guy ... it only took 7 years to build the place with a $60M price tag. That's a modest $40M return in the year and a half since completion.
