The Nigerian Army Releases General Buhari's Academic Details But Says They Cannot Guarantee The Authenticity, Nawao!

Here is what Premium Times is saying, I'm even tired of this certificate wahala, can't these political parties turn their focus to other issues concerning the candidates? Since they obviously can't make a tangible case on whether this certificate exists or not. Well, read what they are reporting below:

"The Nigerian Army has released the academic details of former military leader, Muhammadu Buhari, even though they denied holding his credentials yesterday.

The Nigerian Army has however stated that they cannot vouch for the authenticity of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari’s Senior Secondary Examination result.

According to their spokesman, Olajide Laleye, while military records showed Mr. Buhari obtained the WASC in 1961, with credits in English Language, Geography, History, Health Science, and Hausa, there were neither the original copy nor certified true copy nor statement of result to confirm the grades. He also said the Army could not confirm whether Mr. Buhari’s claim of obtaining those results was verified by the Army in the 1960s.

Premium Times newspaper was able to obtain copies of the records showing that the military noted that Gen. Buhari obtained the requisite WASC qualifications." More pics after the cut:

  1. Orishirishi! But wait o!Buhari you are too old to be
struggling to prove your results to
    your children and grandchildren
at 72. At this age you should be
having a well deserved rest and
    not allowing yourself to be
dragged around all in the name
of power tussle. Why are you so
bent on ruling a country whose
future you are no longer part of?
Take a rest sir and allow the
    young people to struggle and
    secure their future. You have
fought a good fight and it is time
    to rest sir.
